Prospective Buyers are Expected to:
Not have
any small children in the home that are to young to understand how to care for a small puppy/dog,
Provide assurance
that someone will be at home with the puppy at least on a part time basis,
Understand that there is no guarantee
that the puppy is of show quality,
Will take the puppy to be checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours
of purchase (not including weekends and holidays),
Will agree to complete the series of vaccinations as they become
due and to keep the puppy/dog free of fleas and ticks,
Dedicate themselves to potty training the puppy with a method
that best suits their lifestyle,
Will always keep water and food available,
Allow the puppy/dog to sleep
inside the home,
Understands the rsponsibility involved in keeping a toy dog safe,
Return the dog to
the seller, at any time, if things do not work out,
Treat your Maltese like he/she is your most precious possession,
In compliance with the law, will never hit,kick,neglect, or abuse the puppy in any way.

The Seller Shall:
Provide the buyer with a healthy puppy, free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites, and
to to date puppy immunizations,
Provide the buyer with a puppy that is well socialized, eatting well, and trained
to go potty on pads and/or outside,
Provide the buyer with a full refund up to 10 days after the purchase, providing
a licensed veterinarian deems the puppy to be unfit for purchase due to health reasons, in writing,
Be available
for support and consultation for the puppy/dog's lifetime,
Will take the puppy/dog back at any time during its
life for any reason,
Will provide buyer with enough puppy chow and puppy pads to get started,
Provide
buyer with regitration papers and health record at the time of purchase,
Although shipping is not an option, if
distance is an issue efforts will be made to meet the buyer at an agreed upon location that is convenient for both parties.
